One of my favorite parables is the mustard seed.
It reminds me that even though I may have little faith, that’s all I need.
The mustard seed can grow for years.
I lived with the mustard seed, not growing but planted inside, but God was patient and now all I dream of is getting that seed to bloom for other seeds to be planted.
Oh God this fills my heart!
Jesus, thank you for your desire to keep me.
Perhaps this is the passage that fuels this deep well of calling for significance in the Kingdom of God.
This tiny, little insignificant little seed grows larger than the other plants of its kind, so birds make nests and live under its shade.
My desire is to be planted where it can be a place of solace, rest and wisdom for all in need.
I believe, Lord, this is my calling. Only You know how it will be fulfilled.
