You are Invited to be Blessed. Revelation 22: 1 – 15

The words of this title leaped off the page to me when I opened the book. The other title, on the page spread, “the perfect life” both of which are not typically paired with the book called Revelation, but it is the promise.
The Perfect Life describes the future of peace and joy in the service of Jesus Christ. John has just seen horrific images of a future revealed by God that culminates to this “perfect world” in which God shared the His vision with Jesus as its head.
Yet he says to John that he too is a servant. What?
God does serve us, but not because we demand it, but because He desires that and hopes we readily accept the worship and service to Him, who can do all things.
We learn here that what we do is of consequence. We merit our future reward based on our lives on earth.
God is the alpha and the Omega.
Everything else is in between.
We are contained in Him.
We are blessed as we bless Him.
We are not perfect, but God has provided a way for us to clean our sinful lives and we
can choose to honor Him or reject Him.
We can be in Him or left outside.
